Dreamachine

Over sixty years after its original invention, Brion Gysin’s Dreamachine has been radically reimagined as a powerful new kind of collective experience. We were asked by Collective Act to brand Dreamachine which was created in collaboration with Turner Prize-winning artists Assemble, Grammy and Mercury nominated composer Jon Hopkins, and a team of leading technologists, scientists and philosophers.Our challenge was to create an identity for an experience that happens within your mind’s eye. Just enough visually to draw the audience in without giving too much visual influence. This culminated in an ever-evolving narrative inspired by the shapes within Gysin’s original Dreamachine.
